A full club commitment.
Select is the highest level of the collective and the only pathway that replaces a player's current club.
It is invitation only. Players are invited by the coaching staff after demonstrating the required level through Performance. There is no direct application or open tryout for entry.
Placement is based on development, commitment and a player's track record within the collective.
The 2025–26 Squad
A founding group of 16 players.
The flagship U13 boys squad was built from established relationships rather than open recruitment.
Fourteen players trained together for a full season at U12, one had been with the staff for two years, and one joined through supplemental winter training. Every place was earned over time.

What's Required
What Select players commit to.
Select is a significant time and competitive commitment. Players and families should understand the requirements before joining.
Three to four sessions.

The Pathway
Select is reached through the pathway.
There is one route to Select, and it is the same for every player.
All players begin in Community, progress to Performance when they and the coaching staff agree they are ready, and are invited into Select by the staff.
